Constellation Club Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how Constellation Club, as run by Stuart Hillston, uses and protects any information that you give us.

  • name, company name and job title
  • contact information including email address and mobile phone number

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping
  • We may periodically send an invitation about our events which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided
  • We may use the information to customise the event website, which is created externally on EventBrite, according to your interests

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Users may opt-out of receiving future invitations from us or completely remove their details from our database. Our email marketing enables subscribers the opportunity to opt-out of receiving email marketing from us.
